Limited Lifetime Warranty

Mr. Home Garage Door provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on its residential insulated garage doors. Within 5 business days, we will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts, at Mr. Home Garage Door’s option, without charge to you.

This warranty covers normal use only.

Mr. Home shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from: (i) misuse, abuse, neglect or non-recommended practices; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood or lightning; (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized Mr. Home Garage Door representative.

Maintain your garage door in daily life

Reminder: our warranty does not cover aging or rust on garage doors. Over time your door and handles can get a little rusty — here’s how to keep them looking new:

Rust Paint — for door & handles

Pick up Rust Paint from Home Depot (about $10). Spray it on your garage door and handles once a year and your door will always look like new.

WD-40 — for springs & rails

Interior parts rust with time too. WD-40 (about $7.99 at Home Depot) sprayed on springs, rails and moving parts once a year keeps everything smooth.
